19 Oct GT INSURANCE NAMED AN INSURANCE BUSINESS TOP INSURANCE EMPLOYER OF 2022
For the second year running, GT Insurance has been awarded a coveted spot on Insurance Business’s Top Insurance Employer 2022 list.
Like many other sectors of the economy, Australia’s insurance industry is witnessing job creation at a pace that’s faster than the employment market can adapt to. Because of this competitive market, companies are more motivated than ever to attract talent by offering appealing conditions to potential employees.
To determine how some of the best insurance employers in Australia have been attracting top talent, Insurance Business welcomed self-nominations from all insurance companies. After completing an employer survey outlining their various offerings and practices, employees from the nominated companies were asked to complete an anonymous form, evaluating their workplace on various metrics such as benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Organisations that scored an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating based on employee responses and overall size were named Top Insurance Employers for 2022.
