What should I do if I can’t get in touch with my GT Representative?

How long should it take for me to receive a Claim Number?
All new claims will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Processing of a claim will be confirmed within five days of receipt of all required information and settlement payment processing of accepted claims will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of final documentation.
My Client has a variation request to a standard GT Policy. Are you open to such considerations?

What can I do if a Client’s claim is declined?
The information and decisions pertaining to declinatures are outlined in the corresponding letters we issue which will also provide the direct contact details for a secondary review. We may request and welcome any additional information you wish to provide which will be considered before our determination.
