Section 1 – Taxi Motor

a) covers specified loss of or Damage to Your Taxi; and

b) the amount you are legally liable to pay as compensation for accidental loss or damage to someone else’s property caused by an accident which is partly or fully your fault (other than injury covered by a CTP Policy).

Section 2 – Public and Products Liability is an optional cover available to purchase in addition to the Section 1 Taxi Motor cover. Section 2 Public and Products Liability provides cover in respect of Personal Injury, Property Damage or Advertising Injury. Section 2 Public and Products Liability does not cover all legal liability you may incur under commercial contracts with principals, lessors or other parties, and does not include workers compensation cover, which is compulsory for employers.
